Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you order the wrong item or wrong size, Antimatter will be happy to exchange your garment for you, but all necessary shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Antimatter does not offer refunds, only exchanges.
Please Note: our exchange policy only applies to regular priced items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this policy on sale/clearance items, as these items are final sale. If there is something defective about an item you've purchased with us, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to remedy the situation to the best of our ability.
